I've been delusional about allowing myself to get upset over things I can't change in my life, without accepting that it was me that needed to change, my attitude toward those things--and acting on it. Truth is, I once said that when the road through life gets too bumpy you don't always have to change roads, but your shock absorbers. My delusion recently about events in my life was in being angry at the road, and not accepting that if I would maintain my car better and fix the way it drives, it would handle the road better.
When your life is a bumpy road, and you can't change roads, it's time to get new shock absorbers. --inSpireShine
